Every year, GLFHC’s Pharmacy Residency hosts a Winter Drive, collecting essential items for those in our community without stable housing and distributed through our Healthcare for the Homeless Program.
This year, Pharmacy Resident Ojashwi Giri, PharmD, teamed up with high school sophomores Sophie Coelho and Orion King to make it happen. Together, they successfully gathered:
- 216 pairs of socks
- 50 winter hats
A special thank you to Sophie and Orion for organizing the Sweets for Socks Initiative, which played a huge part in this year’s drive, and thank you to everyone who donated and helped make this drive a success. Your generosity is making a difference!
