The Northeast Tobacco-Free Community Partnership is gathering data about hookah use in the state of MA. This is a topic that there is little to no data available for in Massachusetts, so the responses we get from this survey will be instrumental in establishing future programs.

All participants who take this survey will be entered to win one of several $100 Market Basket gift cards! This survey by the Northeast Tobacco-Free Community Partnership (NETFCP) is meant to help us understand Hookah/Shisha use in the communities we serve. This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. You may experience minimal discomfort from personal questions about culture and addiction. Your responses will be kept confidential and anonymous by our researchers. You have every right to refuse to take this survey or withdraw from it once you have started it.
