The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a volunteer group made up of My Care Family^SM members, their families and people on your health care team.

As a PFAC member, you become an advisor. You share your thoughts and feedback with us through small group discussions, surveys or focus groups. You help us improve the patient experience for all My Care Family members.

PFAC meetings are held in both English and Spanish.
