Andrew Blanchette, pharmacy operations specialist for Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, has completed the Massachusetts League & Suffolk University/Sawyer Business School Moakley Center for Public Management Certificate Program in Community Health and Community Health Center Management. The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers has graduated 400 community health center professionals from this program, including GLFHC’s own Marc Lemay, who gave this year’s commencement speech. The eight-month, health center-focused curriculum of the certificate program includes coursework in health policy, human resources, health information technology, ethical issues, finance and marketing.
