The GLFHC Clinical Informatics team was awarded the Centricity STAR Award for large ambulatory practices at the Centricity Live Convention in Boston in May 2017.  While the Team has implemented several innovations, including Transgender care, integrated language translation and ASCVD risk calculation,  the one selected for award was the implementation of our Clinical Decision Support engine that runs all reminders and prompts in the EMR.    James Meyers, MD and Ciarán DellaFera, MD, accepted the award in front of an audience of 2000 clinicians, staff, informatics folks, vendors and GE personnel.
