Greater Lawrence Family Health Center was present at the groundbreaking of Lawrence CommunityWorks’ (LCW) latest enterprise, the Orchard Street Homeownership Project in Lawrence. The project will build four single-family homes for low-income, first-time homebuyers in the North Common area.

LCW said the project is a partnership with local developers ELG Consulting (Elvinson Corporan and Yamarco Guzman), as well as MCCI. The project is also supported by both MassHousing and MassDevelopment, as well as the CharlesBank Homes Foundation and the City of Lawrence.
