These group medical visits provide consultations with physicians for patients trying to make positive lifestyle changes. Our trained exercise instructor does a combination of aerobics and cardio with the patients.

Boys Groups (Ages 8-13): Weight loss youth program for boys interested in leading healthier lifestyles. An exercise instructor is always present to help guide them through their exercise routines. A physician monitors their progress.

Girls Groups (Ages 8-13): Weight loss youth program for girls interested in leading healthier lifestyles. The importance of healthy eating habits is stressed, while also doing arts and crafts activities, taking them on fieldtrips, and doing exercise routines. A physician also monitors their progress.

Exercise for Families and Children (Ages 5-8): This group is designed for families of young children who want to exercise together, and enjoy the benefits of a healthy active lifestyle.

Exercise Group for Adults and Adolescents (Ages 11+ ): The 2 programs above highlight the importance of staying active! Programs for all family members are available during the evening hours. A certified exercise instructor leads all the groups.

Yoga/ Relaxation Group: For women and men interested in relaxation and light stretching routines through beginner yoga poses. This group is geared towards improving their physical health,chronic pain, flexibility, and strength.

Food Functional Medicine Group: Men and Women come together in a support group setting to learn how to improve their chronic medical conditions through food, holistic medicine, and Western Medicine in conjunction with Eastern Medicine. This group explores ways to help cope with existing medical conditions alongside physicians who monitor each patient and their progress.

Group Acupuncture: For patients interested in receiving acupuncture treatment for chronic/ acute pain, muscular pain, headaches/migraines, insomnia or any other medical condition. Patients are seen by the practicing physician in a relaxing support group setting.
