LOCATIONS/HOURS: GLFHC has multiple locations throughout the Merrimack Valley - but our main clinic is at 34 Haverhill St. in Lawrence. For a complete list of clinical sites and hours – click here.
PHARMACY SERVICES: Now that you’re a patient of GLFHC, we invite you to use The Family Pharmacy located in each of our clinics. You can get your prescription filled right after you see your doctor. We can also
help save you money – ask us how the next time you’re in the clinic. Find out more about The Family Pharmacy here.
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS: Whether you use The Family Pharmacy or not, we ask that you not wait until the last minute to get your medications refilled. When you have a week’s worth of medicine remaining, CALL IN YOUR REFILL to your pharmacy so you don’t run out. Coming soon to our website, you will be able to refill your prescription online from your computer or mobile device.
THINGS TO BRING TO YOUR DOCTORS APPOINTMENT:
• Your insurance card and photo ID. It must be brought to EVERY visit.
• A list of your prescriptions and medications.
• Any questions you may have for your doctor.
• If you’re a minor (under 18) you must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
