A patient portal is an online application that lets patients interact and communicate with their healthcare providers, such as physicians and hospitals. The GLFHC Patient Portal will be available on the Internet 24 hours a day, allowing patients the ability to access information and request services through their computer and internet-connected mobile devices. What will you, as a GLFHC patient, be able to access?
- Access to your health information.
- The ability to communicate with your health care team (doctors, nurses, etc.)
- Refill prescriptions online – safely and securely.
- And much more!
Effective 8/16 – we are currently enrolling our North Clinical Site patients to the patient portal – but will be making it available to all patients beginning sometime in September.
