The Northeast Center for Healthy Communities (NCHC) is a program of the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center and is funded through the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Bureau of Substance Abuse Services. Formerly part of the Prevention Center System, the NCHC is 1 of 6 Regional Centers for Healthy Communities in Massachusetts. Regional Center staff educate and assist communities with a variety of services that help them learn, develop, plan, implement and evaluate prevention, and healthy communities initiatives.
